BEFORE YOUR NEXT SALE

A few useful
answers.

Is Bruno Sales a separate product or part of Bruno?+

Both: Bruno Sales has its own operational workspace and is a service within the Bruno platform. You can activate it from your Bruno account and open the Sales System from there.

Can my team take over a conversation?+

Yes. Bruno connects AI-assisted selling with a customer-service workspace. Authorized salespeople can handle conversations, customer details, catalog links and the active order.

What do I need to connect WhatsApp?+

A business number and a verified connection with the required WhatsApp credentials. Entering a number alone does not connect it. Campaigns and group sends use their respective connected services.

Can I bring my products and variants?+

Yes. Manage products, SKUs, photos, variant families, sizes, colors, prices, costs and quantities. Excel import and photo/barcode capture support product entry; capture drafts are reviewed before creation.

Does the accounting view include expenses?+

Yes. Registered expenses are included in the period’s results alongside sales, shipping revenue and goods costs. It is an operational results view with expense management, rather than a complete tax-filing service.

Are the other Bruno services included in Sales System?+

The wider services are available through Bruno. Their access and subscriptions are shown separately in your account. This page does not bundle every Bruno service into Sales System.
